Talib - dirty play of the year!

He should be suspended for at least 2 games...he could have permanently blinded someone...
What a thug...hopefully he gets a 50k fine for that...if not more.

Is a poke in the eye worth more games than slightly low football PSI?

So Talib deliberately walked up to a dude and jammed his fingers in his eye, then called the guy out after the game for overreacting to having his eye jabbed.

What a classy organization that place is. Talib goes from guy with issues in Tampa, to a team leader in New England, but after only 1.5 years in Denver reverts all the way back to this.

Talib needs severe suspension. And the NFLPA should not appeal it to send a message about this sort of play.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if the league just slapped Talib on the wrist with a low fine.

Should have been ejected, since he wasn't should sit out a game.

Meanwhile in New Orleans, Browner is having a meltdown. Not a great weekend for ex-Patriot cornerbacks. That said, nice interception Mr. Darius Butler.

He will get a game max i bet...should be more but won't be

Should I be surprised that during the Night Game Half-time reviews of the earlier games, they made NO MENTION of Talib's actions...

Also, I was shocked the NFL allowed them to mention anything about Hardy during the pre game. It wa so obvious Al Michaels was reading a prepared statement about it though.

The Pats really should see if Chandler can talk Jon into signing a one game contract to play receiver for the Denver game to handle Ward and Talib. Bones is p4p GOAT of eye pokes and oblique kicks to the knee.

Well, I was surprised by Collinsworth's rant regarding Hardy during half-time. He said the NFLPA needs to step up and take a hard stand on things like Domestic Violence and just say we don't want it. If you do it, you're done in the NFL.

Reminded me of that Ravens player poking Bradys eye out in the playoffs last year. Every press conference Tom had before the Super Bowl I couldn't ignore how swollen his eye was, and this was on top of him defending himself over deflategate.
