I get Colin has played horrible but that sure isn't much better!
Seems like there's a lot of QB's anymore who fall quickly. RGIII goes from rookie of the year to third string QB, Josh Freeman we saw fall off in Tampa. One has to wonder if Luck will suffer the same fate although it's very doubtfulCan't believe how far that team has fallen. He came within a few yards of winning the Super Bowl and went back to the NFCCG the next year. 4-2 in the playoffs.
First RGIII....now Kap??? Boy, have the mighty fallen
I thought Gabbert had the makings of a top 10 qb of a nfl star when he was drafted.
to be fair Gabbert had absolutely nothing to work with in Jville. I mean hes not the answer but they have to do something. The WRs are pathetic. Boldin is there best guy and he is like 50.
Question (to anyone): Isn't the idea of a running quarterback predicated on expecting lots of failed plays where you need the QB to make lemonade out of lemons after all of the passing options fail?
It's like the career arc of Vick except without all the dead dogs.
It seems like a defeatist strategy from the get go. I would think a system where you plan and work towards successful plays would be more productive.
I live in Jacksonville. Wait until you get a load of Blaine Gabbert.

I think with most running QBs you see they're successful in college but lack the throwing skills and smarts needed in the NFL and subsequently fail
