Nope never played team sports. Ever. Regardless that means nothing. This conversation was stupid the instant you started in with the Denver scares me bit. It's like me saying Clay Buchholz will pitch 200 innings with zero health issues, even though the past 4 season he hasn't. Same with Ware. Talib is injury prone. Year after year. Those are the constants and that doesn't change based on coaching staffs or whatnot.
The Broncos have my respect as a decent team. Scary? Not in the least.
I don't understand salary cap and transactions as well as most people here do... how are the Broncos still within cap space though I understand Vernon Davis isn't an expensive addition.... It seems like they have a pro bowl roster themselves...

This is true, but we have to consider the QBs he's had to play with over the years. Alex Smith is a sorry to mediocre QB, Kaepernick is just overrated trash, but he is highly marketable, like RG3 before he went nuts. If Davis had a decent QB passing him the ball, he would've matched his potential years ago. A fair comparison is Graham without Brees or Julius Thomas in Jacksonville.
I have been asking myself this question about Denver and Seattle, since last season.
Manning looks ok (he didnt even throw a td and still had an interception) in his first game of the season...and the broncos trade for a te who has done nothing and the board cowers in fear like we have no chance
Have some confidence in your team guys
You realise manning is horrible this uear right? 7Tds and 11 interceptions.
Mb manning of old would make him better. Not this manning
Dont think the pats will give up the asking price for thomas. I certainly see denver doing it.Just heard the Broncos have inquired about Joe Thomas, OT, Browns..
I really hope not. I want him for the Patriots...
No, "we" don't.
??????
You did exactly that
Harmon, McCourty, Butler, Collins, Ryan... I'd even argue Chung as well
Doug Kyed @dougkyed
Can't see new Broncos TE Vernon Davis causing too many issues for the Patriots, who are allowing just 4.6 catches, 41 yards per game to TEs.
Pretty admirable of BB to say that in the first go around here that they didn't use him right.Chung is the reason we are shutting down TEs.
They do a good job at managing the cap and write team friendly contracts. And don't have much dead cap space taken up. And still have 4.8M under right now after the Davis trade.
Denver Broncos Salary Cap - Over the Cap
Smartish. They have it all pushed back until after Manning's contract is up. So if they want to remain competitive after that, they'd better hope Osweiler's really good. The Bronks are smart financially.
