This is boarding on Harassment
Disagree. It is the same event. Albeit a different report, but the various reports inform and illuminate each other. Having a single thread makes it easier to tie the discussion together. It also helps keep it from spawning more shadow threads and diluting the football content on the board.Mods, please don't merge these threads. This is an entirely new development that both expands upon and contradicts official reports.

Interesting. The plot thickens.
See new link, below. It's mind-blowing. Some tidbits quoted here, but read the whole thing.

Also from Florio's article:
Think he's talking about the headset problems during the Steelers game? Was this another sting attempt?
From the Herald article (below):
And more....
**** is getting out of hand. Think what it will be like by the time it's 15-0, will make the Giant's game to close '07 season seem low key.

It won't be. Outside of New England they will say, "thank goodness they are keeping an eye on the Cheatriots!", if they are paying attention to it at all. Nor will Kraft do anything about it.I brought it up in the other thread and I disagree. This deserves its own thread. What has happened here is Harassment in the very least with Patriots employees and possibly much greater. This IS a very big deal.

Agree it is a big deal. The other is noise, this is the hard core. But it's still one event: a league sting attempt targeting the Patriots.I brought it up in the other thread and I disagree. This deserves its own thread. What has happened here is Harassment in the very least with Patriots employees and possibly much greater. This IS a very big deal.
That's about the ESPN claim that they are separate and unrelated. If this deserves its own thread so does that. If not, they'll get merged. So why 10 minutes later did you make a separate thread?
