I'm pretty sure that song was stolen from Mike Adams on WEEI.

great game by danny..and a great song by the most underrated band of all time..The Kinks!!!

Danny picking up where he left off at the end of last year. Good to see him running free and healthy.

He finally got healthy around the middle of last year.

Once that occurred, it was on!

FWIW, both Danny and Julian are disciples of Mr. Alex Guerrero.

I met a guy who claimed to be his cousin and said that Amendola was in a lot of pain while trying to work through that groin injury.

Anyways he has been a fantastic weapon on this team. Some of the best hands in the business. Good character guy as well.

Note: I have no idea if it was his cousin or not but seemed authentic.

I had read an article last year that said something to the effect that a muscle had completely detached and it was a very serious groin injury. He tore it during his first game with the Pats in Buffalo in 2013, fought through and made something like 10 or 11 catches in that game, and was toast afterwards.

A lot of fans were throwing him out with the trash.

....and to think, we could have had Wes Welker!

Admittedly I was one of those. Not that I didn't think he could be productive but I had doubts about his ability to stay on the field given his injury history but gladly I was so wrong.
