Tom Brady is cementing his status as the greatest QB of all time - NFL.com

There are quarterbacks who have had bigger numbers and there are those old-timers who will always have their fans (like Johnny Unitas and Otto Graham). Please remember this isn't meant to be a knock on them. It's just that, at some point, somebody new was destined to come along and claim his place as the best of the best. That honor now belongs Tom Brady, who is making it quite difficult for the next aspiring legend to ever supplant him.

Uhhh I don't get it. Did April Fools Day get moved to today? Did a Patriots fan hack into their website? Did Brady pay this guy off? All more plausible scenarios than someone at nfl.com writing a positive piece on Tom Brady with no passive aggressive slant whatsoever.

He's probably new....

He's probably new....

He's probably being tortured on the X rack from Game of Thrones as we speak.

Someone should tell him not to **** the girls...just run.

Interesting to see that Jeffri Chadiha is that article's author...

NFL needs stars ... clean stars ... there's not too many this year so they'll pimp Brady.
Luck was to be the posted boy this year ... DeflateGate ruined his grip.

They can go F themselves. As soon as Tom is done, I am done with this league forever. I will always see Tom's records as him taking a leak all over the NFL. I just hope BB and Brady can cause an infinite amount of suffering and misery for every one of those SOBs in the league office, as well as the other 31's owners and miserable ***** fans.

Get off the bandwagon, NFL.com, Chadiha, and everyone else who suddenly wants in. We don't want you.

What's the latent period for the media on this one?

Just wondering why they don't have guys like Michael Silver talking about Brady now. Maybe they can give him another segment chasing cows like he did in week 1 or 2

Someone needs to tell the NFL Network that he's already cemented himself as the greatest, he's always been this Tom Brady.

I think it's fair and legit that Montana fans kept defending his spot, right up until last year's SB, even though I didn't agree with their position. I think it's also fair to say that winning that SB should resolve the debate in Brady's favor.

I hate silver the most. These guys want accountability from players and coaches but when fans question him twitter he blocks them. Hypocrite. And he was very close to brady and his family but still spews the hatred.

Not that impressive of a read if you ask me..... but it is nice to hear this come from an NFL writer

Gotta admit im a bit confused by all this too. Was around a tv that had espn playing earlier and Stephen Ass Smith had nothing but good things to say about Brady, Belichick, and the whole org. Apparently he just did this yesterday too?

What is going on here? They all Trying to save face after months of botched character assassination attenpts? They realizing that Brady is playing better than ever even with these tightly enforced ball rules (while a few other usually good qbs are looking like dogshit)?

Too late jackasses. Brady's on a mission and it's beautiful to witness. He'll continue basically giving you networks the middle finger after each game too haha.

Nice try NFL I see you soon right through you.

Trying to write a fluff piece and get on Tom's good side to slow down the Tom Brady FU Tour 2015.

Sorry chaps, it isn't gonna work.

It is no longer "cemented" it was forged in steel on Feb 1 2015.

Haven't been on NFL.com for about 9 months. Not going to start now.

Wow that is dedication!

My 2 fantasy keeper leagues ive been running for like 6 years straight are on NFL.com, but I'm thinking it might be worth moving them to Yahoo or CBS sports
