Brady declined post game interview

I became spokesman for the Patriots earlier this morning...about 8:30. I lasted about 3 minutes 17 seconds before being removed by security. Someone in the gallery mentioned "Goodell.." and I don't remember what happened next.

Anyway, I got myself to a modem and ...uh...I'd like to ask a favor from anyone who might want to help me out....I need $500 wired to I. Fleecem & Howe, (listed in the directory under law firms)...I, uh,heh...I got caught a little short of cash and, uh, well...erm...the judge told me all I needed was the cash and *poof*...free as a bird once again..

500 bucks? You pansy. What did you do? Spit a loogie on your finger and give someone a wet willie?

Rich Eisen was one of those who took shots at Brady, he doesn't deserve any time from him.
Are you sure about that? I could have sworn he was defending the Pats.
He definitely did! His tweets always supported Brady's side. He also stated in the Edelman interview that his son is a huge Patriots fan.

LOL, I hate when I get caught throwing stones. However, Roger Goodell has control of a media machine and he can choose whether or not to come to NE without it interfering with his job. Brady has no such "luck" when it comes to having to travel to Indy. And the fact that it was proven just last week that some people take things way too far at football games should make the NFL and/or the Indianapolis Colts try to control stuff like this. Brady had to leave the field with an escort for cripes sake.

I remember watching this hype video recently:

And honestly my heart broke a little bit at 01:05 - 01:21. Brady having to stand there and listen to the media talk to him like that when he didn't deserve it, when he's just trying to prepare for the biggest game of the year. I can't remember another sports icon, in my lifetime, who has said and done the right things, never been arrested or convicted of a crime as far as I know, and has been disrespected by fans and media alike to this extent.

I hope Brady continues to do his thing in spite of everybody that has put him down.

Theisman doesn't work for NFLN, and I have never seen Baldinger defend them, but on the other hand I haven't seen him trash them either. NFLN isn't ESPN, it's not filled with haters they just avoided deflategate for the most part, but they haven't done much to support then either and have some prominent haters. Either way I agree with Brady, f.ck em' , don't give them the time of day.

Baldinger defended Brady, There was a video up on NFL.com where he was saying the Wells report was trash & had no evidence well before most media people. He said he read the whole thing & anyone that had actually read it would know there was nothing there.

Baldy, Irvin, Neon Deion...mucho respect.

Eisen is not anti Brady at all.. I have watched him everyday since his show has been on. His wife and kids are huge pats fans.. The little one baked edleman cookies.. The older one wears 11 on his baseball jersey cause he loves edleman so much. Eisen went to michigan. One of his side kicks is one of the biggest boston homers to ever live. Sometimes they play the devils advocate and present both sides but overall eisen has been very fair and reasonable when it comes to deflategate

Watching that great video gave me an idea for the Patriots team to make a silent but INDELIBLE statement to the NFL and the entire world:

Every TD-

Whoever scores should give the ball to Brady to spike.

Even Gronk. I love his spikes, but make a big show of it.

It is the closest thing to flipping the bird to the NFL live on TV.

Sadly, The media has steeped themselves in so much douchebaggery, that Brady himself now will treat them as Bill has for so many of these years. The media doesn't like that and they will make Brady pay.

How are they going to make him pay? I don't think they can do any worse after Deflategate.

The media doesn't deserve a second more of his time than he is contractually obliged to give.

You know what I found terrible, especially after a fan actually was shot & killed in Dallas just a week ago? The fact that various businesses in Indy were running a "We hate Tom Brady" campaign that was openly advertised, if not downright supported by all the media. While the fans in New England are passionate and may individually express intense dislike of certain players, there has never been an openly sanctioned "hate" campaign against any individual. No wonder Tom Brady's dad hoped he put up 60 on them, or that Brady wanted to do his mandatory 5 minutes then get on the plane out of there. Good for him for not pretending that nothing happened and that everybody is friends once the season starts.

Ironically, if you point out the anti-Brady/Patriots "campaign" in Indianapolis last week, or the trolling by the ESPN and NFL Twitter accounts to the media, you'll get the "Why are you so sensitive/defensive?" or "It's only a game, don't take it so seriously" responses. The people mocking the Patriots, though, never get that reaction.

. It may take a while but at some point the fact that he is denying them access will force them to address how Brady has been treated and why he's so pissed off. Maybe at that point some truth will come out of this.

You're pretty optimistic there :p I don't think the media will acknowledge or change anything. The one thing the media has proven time and time again that they love more than building someone up.. is burning them to the ground afterwords.

They know Brady only has so many years left, so they can make their money off of hating on him and simply move their focus over to these younger guys

Dear New Englanders angry at me: Much-needed context to Brady tweets that angered some. I come in peace. https://amp.twimg.com/v/94ce3e84-dd64-4299-a5ff-e0d46692edd0
I never took much of an issue with what he tweeted to begin with. I didn't even think he was chiding Brady whatsoever.

TBH some Pats fans really need to calm down and quit overreacting to everything that is said or tweeted that could in some way be interpreted as a slight against the team or Brady. Rich Eisen has been more than decent in regard to deflate gate compared to most national guys.

Sorry. The NYJFL and the media get no benefit of any doubt. We're in an inverse Hanlon's Razor situation.

here's a razor I would recommend....
