Clock Issues: Did Indy Cheat?

I felt that the refs spotting the ball were constantly shorting us.

As for the playclock resetting to 25 when the Colts had the ball, that's exactly what Bills fans were accusing us of doing in the game against them. The explanation is very benign as I recall: Sometimes the clock is not properly reset, so the QB notifies the ref who signals for it to be changed back to 25. Happens for all teams.

If I remember correctly if the Ref hasn't allowed play by the time the play clock is under 25 seconds they reset it to 25 seconds. By the time the ref placed the ball the playclock was around 11-12 seconds.

Florio is a real hater. Like wtf! Even more wtf is why he's not targeting us anymore.

As for the 2nd one, is the broadcast clock independent from the actual clock in the stadium?

Exactly. Please let's not become what we despise.
Can't disagree, but unfortunately the new NFL is all about finger pointing and crying "cheating" as an excuse. Goodell's fault of course.

Zolak mentioned this on the radio last night

4th Q

3:24 Colts take timeout

coming out of the TO 3:24

Patriots get delay of game penalty, and Brady is telling the ref that the play clock wasn't reset.

the next play

3:19 Patriots have to take a TO because they didn't reset the play clock again, and they didn't have enough time to get the play off.
Send it to florio...he wants to know about all clock errors

Eh, so? That stuff always happens in Indy. :)

The clock operator was probably hanging with Irsay, got drunk, and screwed it up
Saw the Krafts mutiple times last night and Grigson once. Did they ever show Irsay? Leaning on a bar perhaps?

...and if it doesn't, your Pagano and company. Pack your bags

You can bet your ass, if the Pats were the benificiaries, there would be multiple articles on it.

forgive me if this has already been posted but PFT hinted that the colts game clock operator may have been helping the colts.

Sunday night’s game had two clock errors

there were two separate instances when the colts game clock operator manpulated the clock to benefit the colts last night. the one that really raises my eyebrows is the first TD drive the colts scored the clock was mysteriously was reset to 25 seconds when there were only 10 seconds left.

I'm on to the JEST.

i hope indy makes the playoffs and has to play the pats on a nice cold night in january.

They will be playing wild card week hosting someone who is not in their crappy division. They should lose, even at home, because without going 6-0 in their crappy division, they'd win about 2 regular season games.

If the play clock drops below 25 seconds before the refs position the ball properly on the LOS for the next snap, the refs reset clock to 25 seconds once ball is in proper position. You will see Brady use the "raise the house" arm pump to remind refs to reset to 25 secs

i can dream can't i?:)

Doubt very much that BB would calmly accept that.
