In AFC East news, Tyrod Taylor is hurt

I'm pretty sure that he got hurt on the wildcat play where he was the receiver in the redzone. You could see him come up limping after that.

Undersized, inexperienced scrambling QB has some initial success, but winds up injured in a matter of weeks, and was getting exposed even before that.

I feel like I've heard this story before. 10, maybe 11 times.

Hope he's OK
I wanted Buff over CIN because of HFA in post season.
Since I'm not BB or in the org, I can look ahead.

I don't buy that Andy Dalton's suddenly become good. I'm still betting he'll implode at some point, probably around the same time that AJ Green suffers his annual significant injury.

What is it with all the QBs going down so early this season? Maybe they need to start the Brady/Guerrero daily colonic regime, the one where you eat a bunch of grass like a cow and **** like a cow.

It was an awful looking horse collar. I was waiting for them to get the cart when I saw it.

He grabbed him by the shirt. High up on the shirt but on the shirt. They went back and showed it after Mariotta didn't get a similar call (although the grab was lower, he went backwards the same way).

Regardless, I'm 90% sure that he hurt it on the play where they passed it to him near the goal line. He got whacked pretty good.

I'm becoming less sure of that. I'd much prefer a completely healthy Buffalo team beating Cincy.

Replaced Taylor with Bradford. Sam might be coming around.

No need. Quaker's Steel Cut oatmeal and two cups of coffee do the trick.

Sucks for him, bengals v bills might have been interesting if he was playing

what????...oh wait...I see...

Wrecks better find a junk yard quick...

.Interesting that it is coming out that Rex had no clue he was hurt until after the game, and it was AFTER he looked like he was hurt having to run the ball, they sent him out there again as a pass receiver on a trick play. It was completed and he got banged up again.

I wonder who Rex is going to plan to throw under the bus for this one. Since he has no chance to help us out with a win over the Bengals, it will be fun to watch Rex essentially go down the toilet after one year as the Bills HC. Never has so much promise and expectations go down the toilet so quickly. The funny thing is that not a single Jet fan is a bit surprised, since they've seen this circus for 6 years already. Unfortunately for them they didn't see it happening for the first 5, even though we were trying to point it out to them. ;)

Wait, Rex basically injured one of his own QBs?

How could any HC be so stu—

Oh.

Never mind. :D

A little fantasy help please: I have Luck and Peyton as my QB's. Should I drop one of them and pickup EJ Manuel off of waivers? I'll hang up and listen to your answer.

I actually have Manning and somehow have still managed to go 4-1 through the first 5 games with him only scoring 6 points or less in 3/5 games. Try and figure that one out. I'm getting absolutely no production from my QB spot whatsoever. None. Zip. Zero.

Philip Rivers is getting his call up to the bigs very soon if Manning doesn't get it together, and quickly ;). EJ Manuel will be waiting in the wings as well.

In Rex's defense (yes, I actually just typed that), if he had any semblance of an actual QB, he'd probably be just fine.

Hell, he may still make the playoffs with a WC spot due to a top heavy and piss poor AFC. Someone is likely to get in at 9-7, or even possibly 8-8.

He's a goof, but I think he was an acceptable signing, considering what they normally do at HC.

What Fitzy wasn't available?

Rex teams always have QB controversy.

It adds to the drama.

Don't forget Suggs.

I'm still trying to forget that horrible image from last year of Suggs digging in his mouth for food chunks.

They play the Bengals this week right? This is the one week coming up where I wanted them to win. d%#*!@t
Why are you worried about Cincy? I'd love to play them whether it's in Cincy or on the moon.
