Dion Lewis anyone?

Ok, I will say it and I know it is way too early, but this guy has moves like Barry Sanders. Barry was bigger and a true RB. I don't think I want Dion to have 30+ runs in a game but man, he has the same juke...

He reminds me of Dave Meggett when he was with the Giants but Lewis runs stronger than him. Total ankle breaker.

LOL, he juked half of the Dallas defense on that play. The kid plays with excellent leverage.

Gets small quick, great balance, great vision, great sense of surroundings. Hes starting to get comfortable.

...and I thought he was behind White and Cadet early in camp. LOL

And just to clarify he's like the real Matrix not the damn sequels where that guy in a white suit that looks like George Carlin on ambien 'splains stuff with a bunch of televisions behind him.

That guy was a jerk. Everytime I've watched that I thought of a combo of Col Sanders, the guy from Jurassic Park and Boss Hogg.

I know people get hung up about a rb needing to be prototypical size, but I think Dion is headed for a Brian Westbrook type role/usage, where he puts up big numbers but doesn't get excessive carries(I know Westbrook had a few 1400 rush years but I mean the vast majority of his career).

Still haven't figured out what's my favorite angle :)

The more I watch it, the more that duck he did looks real dangerous.. what if that guy just lands his legs or something right into the side of his neck

Dion Lewis is on pace to break 112 tackles this season. The highest we've ever recorded is 101 (Marshawn Lynch, '14)

Fat Andy in Philly ran Westbrook into the ground.

Currently Lewis is averaging 15 touches a game. That may go up a little

Great comparison! Meggett was very much the same physical type, and a similar style of play.

(May that resemblance remain ON the field only. :()

Lewis must have the worst agent in pro football. Still can not figure out why he signed that contract. Great for the Pats and Pats fans though. That TD on Sunday was unbelievable.

He's making me forget about Woodhead from 2012 with each passing week and I freakin loved Woodhead
Agreed. I loved Woodhead and never liked that we kept Vereen over him. But boy o boy, Lewis is like a Woodhead 2.0. Both have that ability to just find space that you don't think is there, both in the run game and in the pass game. But Lewis takes that to another level. Compared to Vereen, Lewis has probably created more yards on his own by making guys miss than Vereen did during his whole time here.

Yea Meggett has some issues....

Sure, if he stays healthy and continues to produce he will have lost out on some money, but he's set for life now if he plays his cards right no matter what happens on the field.
