The Cowboy's did allow Globe beat reporter Ben Volin to observe the entire practice. Said an unnamed Dallas executive, "That dipshidt doesn't have a clue what's going on, let him watch all he wants."
In other news, local exterminators were called to AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys , to treat a sudden mosquito infestation discovered minutes after the New England Patriots left the stadium after a closed practice.

Local Dallas police are also on the lookout for this unidentified man...last seen shinnying down cables that lead into the Cowboys' Jumbotron suspended over mid field.

So that is what "Pink Stripes" meant! :)

After reading about how the Patriots scouted that fake punt against the Jags, I'm really not surprised that the Cowboys are doing this. What am surprised about is that a Patriots player actually said that they worked on that play after seeing the video of the Jags' practice. I imagine all teams will think a bit about what they practice when the cameras are on them.

WTF are you talking about?

Seriously, did I miss a news story /quote somewhere that the patriots found this "TENDENCY" from film of PRACTICES

I think you have garbled something and are now unintentionally putting out anti-Patriots disinformation.

Am prepared to be wrong, provide link please - Google doesn't support your accusation!

He must have wandered into BSPN during the bye week, got lost, and came out brainwashed. i would say it was film review, but game film (either of the special teams coach from other teams or the team itself).

In the media, it was mentioned that the Jags were practicing fake punts in front of the media on the Friday before the Patriots game. I could only find one now - Dale & Holley mentioned it during their interview with Slater: http://media.weei.com/a/109578916/matthew-slater-preparation-key-in-stopping-fake-punt.htm

It's funny how even the broadcasters think being prepared for a fake punt is some next level coaching.

You're a special teams player, who practices defending punts an hour or two a day. There's only two possibilities, actual punt, or fake punt.

You think after a few hours, several times per week you might just practice that ONE other possibility? A fake. Even if it's just out of boredom.

So stupid, I fully expect every punt unit to be prepared for a fake every play.
