Did AD just get old or what? What really happened to him? He was smart, could call the defense. Fact that nobody picked him up after playing was telling in what he had left.

I wonder what was the result of the Pats game vs. The Bengals? Did they double Ocho all game as Bill said or was it a mind game? Either way, did it work?

Gawd how I love this stuff. I could watch a three hour video of it. And every single one makes me more aware of just how great a coach BB is and how lucky we have been to have him running this team. Especially loved the part where he brought Russ Francis back. Wish I could see him bring Stanley Morgan in to school Dobson about how to run the Post.

An oldie but goodie, thanks for posting. It's funny how memory works. My memory of BB's conversation about an incomplete pass never causing a loss was to Brady not Cassel.

A coach even close to the caliber of BB in any sport should be revered. It's truly sad that the NFL front office tries to paint him as a fraud or some type of infestation.

AD's problem was his processing on the field at game speed. AD was physically gifted, but believed that BB's expectations of the speed of recognition and reaction required on the field were unrealistic. Perhaps for AD's mind, they were, but it certainly could have been an effort/ego issue.

Good to see this again!!... Has anyone ever noticed how short and bitter BB has become with the media since "Camera placement Gate"?. I wonder why that could be?. Most people don't know how nice BB is. They only see him when "talking" to the media. In this day and age, you say nothing to them. They sit and wait for the first slip of the tongue, and run with their "I'm relevant", breaking story. We are so lucky to have, what I think, is the best coach to ever coach a team, . history in the making.

Nobody on this planet loves or understands football more than this man.

He actually started his career here with a fairly productive 1.5 seasons in 2007 and 2008 (until he broke his arm). As a matter of fact, I want to remember that he was on pace for one of the best seasons of his career in '08 until the injury occurred.

After that, they had a difference of opinions as to whether or not Thomas should be working strong side, so I think you're spot on about the attitude/ego issue.

Imagine the audio/video we would have gotten out of Bill from the postgame in the lockeroom if we had just beat the f.uckin Giants in the Super Bowl. If he was ever gonna shed tears of pride in front of a team that would have been the time. Would have been chilling.
