I do not believe that the Cowboys are doing this because they think the Patriots are cheaters.

I think they are doing this because we are outmatched in this game, and they are really trying to shake something up to somehow surprise the Pats.

Go ahead, Jerruh. Ready up that excuse machine.

No.

"through the regular season and playoffs, daily practice (Monday through Friday) must be open to local media (those who regularly cover the team) for at least the first 30 minutes or until the start of “team” work"

Has nothing to do with some surprise or else they would just be running it during the part of practice that is closed. It's a dig at the Patriots.

This may not necessarily be a d-bag type move that says "we are afraid of them cheating". They may just honestly be afraid of giving something away to the smartest team in the league.

They probably heard the story of how foolhardy the Jaguars were in running their fake-punt for all the world to see.

Either way, I'm not terribly worked up about it. A team without their starting QB and top WR will be low hanging fruit anyway.

The Patriots should warn all wives, girlfriends, and women connected to the team to stay home. Dallas simply isn't a safe place for them.

They should warn the Cowboys that it won't be a safe place for Patriots opponents on Sunday.

His name is Brandon Weeden.

His teammates call him Brandon We- done. :)

It's funny, bt I was worried with the Thursday night Colts game, the drama of Andrew Luck, and the seething hatred the Pats must have for that organization right now, that the Dallas game (sans Romo and Bryant) might be a bit of a trap game.

Then Hardy and Jerruh and now this...thanks!

Cowboys are doing this because they know their only hope is to catch lightning in a bottle. They are working on a bunch of trick plays that they want to keep the wraps on. Pats D needs to be alert for them and be disciplined.

Well that's a bummer, god only knows how the Pats will manage to stop Brandon Weeden without some superior intel.

Pats just keep living in everyone else's head rent-free.

Patriots should give out a special Patriots branded pepper spray to their female fans and employees attending the game to protect themselves from women beaters.

And warn all Pats fans to watch out for Dallas Cowboys brand drunk drivers, since they have a history of killing people and all.

After reading about how the Patriots scouted that fake punt against the Jags, I'm really not surprised that the Cowboys are doing this. What am surprised about is that a Patriots player actually said that they worked on that play after seeing the video of the Jags' practice. I imagine all teams will think a bit about what they practice when the cameras are on them.
