For some reason, I don't think the players he has respond favorably to this approach by and large.

Vrabel was the other coach they highlighted. He did not scream as much as BOB, but he demanded smart disciplined play and the guys who did not give it to him consistently did not get reps.

Very interesting.

Thanks for sharing. That clears up a lot for me, and you are absolutely right on the players not responding to that kind of approach. It really shows.
