They won because the Jags kicker missed three straight field goals to win....what is this Breech smoking??

"If you win a game with a 40-year-old starting quarterback, you get an 'A'. Colts coach Chuck Pagano clearly wasn't worried about 40-year-old Matt Hasselbeck getting a sore arm because he let the veteran throw the ball 47 times against Jacksonville. The gamble paid off as Hasselbeck threw for 282 yards and a TD. Fittingly, this game ended with another 40-something year old being the hero when 42-year-old Adam Vinatieri hit a game-winning FG in overtime."

That article is hilariously bad. Don't bother.

I will give them credit for winning with a 40 year old back up QB (who played better than Luck has this season), but it was against Blake Bortles and the hapless Jags. The same Jags that the Pats scored on every drive against (if you take away kneel downs).

But the Jags defense was the second coming of the '85 Bears. Thus, it was a triumph of the human spirit against nearly impossible odds.

Either that, or the NFL* propaganda machine is still trying to crown the Colts as the powerhouse that will represent the AFC in the Superbowl (Denver, Cincinnati, Foxboro) notwithstanding.

OMG. That game was a trainwreck - nearly unwatchable - from beginning to end.
And "A"? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

And the Dolts only won because the Jags' kicker was the biggest joke of all.

Does that mean that if Gostowski gets that kick at the end, the final in Indy should be 54-17? meh, I doubt it'll be that close.

Softening Blow before we CRUSH them!

I don't get all the media love for the Dolts. It's a tiny market, they only have 1 marketable star, there's no interesting backstory about them, etc. Why all the national attention?

No idea either. My guess is Manning spillover from when he was here and because they crowned Luck the next Manning before he was even drafted and now they are in denial about Luck's regression. So they keep hyping them up. The team is terrible and any one with any sense would admit that. But no one wants to look dumb for saying they would win it all this year.

They were courageous enough to out the CHEATING!!! Patriots, that's one reason.

Yea I'm flabbergasted by it to be honest... not to mention their owner is a drug addict alcoholic

Yet they want to see him and his franchise rise to glory over someone like Kraft
