I decided to watch JAX vs IND, when I learned that Luck was out. In a nutshell, I want to see how they do without their #1. However, after their stupid draft picks and slow start, I'm not sure I should be including them in teams that we might play this fall.

It's 10-3 JAX with about 9 minutes left in the half. JAX just got the ball after watching Hasselback attempting to connect a number of times unsuccessfully. Interestingly, IND doesn't really have a backup QB..as if Luck will always be on the field.

Buffalo vs. Giants...because I'd like to gauge the competitiveness of our division

I am kinda going for the competitiveness of the Pat's biggest detractors (who also believe they are at the same level or above). Right now, they are struggling at home against the team the Pats just beat convincingly.

FYI: IND just scored, but it came after 3 successive penalties against JAX. This score enabled them to tie it up at 10-10.

I wonder how many IND fans are asking themselves how good their team is, after struggling to get back in this one against a team the Pats just pulled apart last week?

9ers Packers. jeez kaepernick is terrible now

Vikings vs Broncos right now ...

Watching in the hope I see a few instances of Manning face.

I watched the following:

Jets - Dolphins
Giants - Bills
SF - GB
Cowboys - Saints
Bengals - Chiefs

I have NFL gamepass so I was able to catch games there plus what was shown on TV.

I am not exaggerating when I say that after a run watching all those games, I can tell you that we as Pats fans are very very fortunate with the product the Patriots put out year in year out. For many of us here who have been watching the team pre Brady/BB and even pre Bledsoe/Parcells, even we forget what mediocre football looks like.

The era beginning with Drew and Parcells and truly ramped up with Brady and BB have made many of us very spoiled with the standard of expectations. It took one bye week's worth of watching football to remind me just how good these last couple of decades have been for the team.

I saw my first Pats game at Fenway Park. The idea that this current run started with Drew and Parcells is simply not accurate. Every other decade beside the 60's saw the Pats put out a SB worthy team and lose. Drew and Parcells are included in that group.

This remarkable dynasty started with and probably ends with B&B.

I watched as many games as I could.

Jets vs Miami was a horrible game. Not as boring as I wanted but close.
KC vs Cincy was terrible too. Alex Smith still blows. Reid isn't much better.
NYG vs Buffalo was also a stinker. I'm sure Rex the genius will whip them up into shape soon though.
Minny vs Denver was pretty interesting. I think Minny should have run the ball more.
Dallas vs NO was the cherry on top of a not so good Sunday.

Whoever came up with DVR deserves a handshake.

Not that old... :) But even then, I think you have to admit that there has been no other time in Pats history that there has been sustained success like this period.
