I was actually surprised Rodgers didn't do better against a depleted 49ers team. Only scored in 3 of 11 possessions.

Either way, that's good enough against any Kaepernick-led team.

Now you see why we picked up Hicks. We are going to dare the Cowboys to throw. As good a thrower Weeden appears to be, he just doesn't have much experience (other than his rookie season). Bad field awareness to hit Witten on that 3rd and long in a MOFC.

Saints have made necessary adjustments protection-wise and are moving downfield.

I hope you're right, I think Hicks has got lots of potential as a 4-3 NT and possibly as a 'heavy' 3-tech.
