Suh kicks Fitzpatrick in the head...

You ADMITTED using the EXACT SAME playbook of "because they've done it in the past, they are not innocent until guilty".

It is what it is.
Nah not even close you just are more intent on being a showman than you are having an actual debate. Cameras and PSIs are 2 very different things, kicking multiple players in the head are the same. If the Patriots were caught filming another aspect of the game you might have some merit but you are basically just doing what Goodell did when he wrote Brady destroyed cellphone, making an outrageous accusation to disguise your rather weak case.

Enough said either way you can defend Suh I don't care you can back that horse all you want. I'm certainly not going to though. Talk to you later chief.

The New England Patriots have one single instance of breaking the rules from 8 years ago. It was a minor infraction, but still something they should not have done. All the rest is just rumors, lies, innuendo, and unsupported accusations.

Ndamukong Suh has a well documented history of multiple offenses. He is widely, and rightfully, seen as the dirtiest player in the game. He has delivered several shots which are unquestionably dirty, not to mention an awful lot that are in the "maybe" category.

The analogy does not apply.

I never said the "crimes" are analogous.

However, the REASONING expressed "There is a history, therefore the presumption of guilt applies" IS.

Simple as that.

Except in one case, the "history" is a single infraction 8 years ago. In the other case, the "history" is multiple confirmed infractions (much more recently), and several other questionable ones.

So not only is the reasoning in this case is perfectly valid, it is also completely different from the reasoning expressed by the Patriots-haters in bringing up Spygate to "prove" deflategate guilt.

How times do helmets get kicked off players buy players in pursuit?

Every game I watch someone's helmet is flying around. I would guess it's less likely with a QB because they usually are not running for a first down and are protected in the pocket by additional rules.

That was not intentional.

Ben did not have a phone.

The real conspiracy no one is talking about is what the hell was on Fitzy's arm band?? We need the NFL to look into this. Someone needs to pay for this. Picks, cash, independant investigations and the whole 9 yards.

Just three weeks ago, Suh dodged punishment from the NFL for knocking the helmet off of Washington running back Alfred Morris with his shin. The action was deemed not to be a kick. However, Suh did receive a suspension for stepping on Green Bay Packersquarterback Aaron Rodgers, although that ban was overturned after an appeal.

He was also ejected and suspended for stomping on Packers offensive lineman Evan Smith in 2011 and drew attention for appearing to kick Houston Texans quarterbackMatt Schaub in 2012.

That lengthy list of times when Suh's foot has collided with an opponent means that even the most innocent-looking incident is worth a second look if Suh's swinging his cleats at a player.

Isn't is supposed to be a 15 yard penalty for hitting a QB in the head, face mask, or neck... whether you meant to hit him or not?

Seems like it should be cut and dried. Kick a QB in the helmet, 15 yards, end of story.

Samsung. Jets are always second best.

This is not what it seems. If you look at it, we are trying to say that Suh used the side of his shin to kick someone in the helmet? That would be stupid and not like Suh to inflict pain on himself.
Actually Suh could have hurt himself. His right leg got hit when he was trying to find his footing.
He is not as nimble as we think. This is a huge guy who can run and from the looks of it, it seems he has gained a bit more weight.

Looks intentional to me. He had to make an effort to swing the left leg in the strange outside-in way he did. Unfortunately the original video ends suddenly so you can't see the entire action.

Soccer move for the benefit of the London crowd, he was just trying to build the NFL brand over there.

Not when the QB is on the run. The rules you are referring to are for when the QB is in the pocket.

I don't think QB not in the pocket is considered a QB by rule ...

I could be wrong but at some point they are considered a runner.

There is absolutely no way that was a deliberate act. Nil. Zilch. Nadda etc etc.
Sure looks intentional to me. He had to bring his foot around to the side and then back in. That's not easy to do when you're jumping over someone.

Sure lo

Agree to disagree.

I watched it over and over and I still can't tell you for sure if it's intentional or not.

Take away his first and fourth round draft picks just to be sure

Suh hasn't had any infractions during the past year because he hasn't had any infractions in the past year; therefore, he can commit an infraction which will be forgiven due to his lack of previous infractions; therefore he can never get an infraction. But, what if, you may ask, he gets an infraction? Well, Suh has not had a previous infrac... Oh goodness, my computer is about to commit an infraction if i continue...
