Sure looks to me like the Steelers scoreboard operator was cheating there, trying to run the clock down to the 2:00 warning when the 4th down play clearly ended with about 2:03 or 2:04 left.

It's not so easy for jump ball joe when he has no one who can go up and fight for the ball. Heck their receivers can't evne draw pass interference the way jump ball joe likes it.
