So much for the freakout here. Brady didn't even want it.

But why didn't he want it? Was it because it was deflated? was he afraid he'd have to give it to Donald Trump? Is it because he no longer respects the NFL? Come on America wants/needs to know!

I thought it was a little odd that the guy called in to 93.7 and 98.5 to let them know. In the small bit that I heard it sounded like he was expecting something from the Pats for giving the ball back.

.....and if you look at his Twitter page, I get that vibe also. There are alot of "professional collectors" out there.

His entire Twitter page is filled with contests and sports merch sales.

But hakuna mattatta, seems like a decent fellow, so good on him!

I don't mean this as a knock on all of the sports collectors out there, but the biggest a****le I have ever known is in that business. I won't say his name because people here might know him.

I didn't pay that much attention at the time the ball was given away. Did Amendola single this particular person out to give him the ball?

If I gave the 400 TD ball back to the organization you can bet your ass I'd be expecting something. Not of $$ value but sentimental value.

It wouldn't change the fact that I'd give the ball back every time because as a fan I wouldn't feel like I deserve to keep someone else's memento of career accomplishment, but I think it's reasonable to expect something.

In the end the ball ended up where it should, all's right with the world.

I think internally Belichick smiled when Danny gave the ball to a fan like he was not even aware of the record. Bill clearly can't stand players thinking in their own stats first.

Just go back one year ago when Peyt broke the TD record, big party in the field, the receiver gave him the ball, he walked to the bench with the ball, if BB were the coach I think he would cut that crap fest in a nanosecond.

This is very old (from April) but it's the first time I'm seeing it. Lil Mayo is back and goes to work with dad. It's very cute but the most interesting thing is how she greets the Evil Bill Belichick and how he snarls back at her. If the press were more like Chya Mayo they might have more success with BB.

What? Brady signed something for the guy?

Someone call Ted Wells!!! According to the NFL, that's evidence of cheating!!!

No more Draft Picks until 2024 for the Cheaterzzz****.
