So it must be luck, or injuries, or the Refs, or the weather, or worst of all, because they cheat!
F 'em all, they are paid to hate, to spew venom until they finally break them and draw them back into mediocrity.
They only want their supposed selected heroes to shine! They have wet dreams of Luck and Rogers in the Super Bowl! And they will do ANYTHING to make this happen!
Why would anyone listen to ANYTHING Stephen A is saying in the first place. But while we are asking, I wonder what Stephen A would say to explain the playoff failures of Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning over the years.
Sure as hell seems like it. Sure, they're not watching though, right? I mean, just ask them. There's a ton of people on this site that don't watch ESPN but know an awful lot about the current topics, that's for sure......
He'd say Rodgers was crippled worse. I'd agree. He has Mike McCarthy as his coach. That game was one of the worst displays of playoff coaching I've ever seen.Rodgers LOST to that "hurt" Seattle defense.
You talked about it here. So he suceeded. Shows like that are not about being factually correct. It's an entertainment show. It's about getting views and clicks. It doesn't matter if people watch it because they think they are watching an idiot, or because they agree. It's the same click and view.
A lot of the time it's not their actual opinion in shows like this. They play their role, and to that role they have to have certain opinions. Because a show where both guy says "Yup. He's great and no one is close" isn't an interesting show for most viewers.

When Tom Brady shreds a good defense, suddenly that defense was overrated or banged up. At least that is the consistent narrative from detractors.the same seattle defense that shutdown his favorite player, aaron rodgers?? lol
at least skip defends tom.

Statistically the top 10 defenses in the NFL in 2014 were Seattle, Detroit, Denver, Buffalo, San Fran, the jests, KC, Baltimore, San Diego and Carolina
Brady's Patriots were 8-2 against those teams last season, including the week 17 game against the Bills when the Patriots sat half their starters
Clearly Stephen A Smith is just saying stupid things to get attention for ESPN to tty to stop the money from hemorrhaging out of that garbage network
You think Mike McCarthy is a great coach? Did you watch that game? You'd both be wrong.
