How does the second official come back and blow that dead after the first one allowed it? Should just rule it a fumble knowing all turnovers are automatically reviewed.

Now even if the Lions win the challenge they don't get the return TD.That's pretty ****ed up.

crap officialls will negate the return. ? why do that...let the return stand and use "all turnovers are reviewable" to save a challenge and timeout.
