lol, fair enough. I actually didn't realize that was against the forum rules.

Could be anything. Some chronic issues aren't necessarily life threatening. Wasn't there a player with Crohn's? Harbinger had a migraine issue for a long time.

Not that it must be chronic, just that it can be a bigger issue but not necessarily life threatening or career ending.
Matt light had Crohn's I think right? But no one knew until after he retired if I remember right.

Did he practice at some point in the off season, voluntary workouts, minicamp or training camp?

You gotta think he is out of football shape and speed and he is not a kid, 2 more games and I think it will be time to IR and free up a roster spot. Unfortunately his talking and the small tips some of you noticed in his speech, gives me the impression that it might be something heart related or cancer. I hope it's something minor and at this point his speech also points in that direction.

By the way, how things change in the NFL, in the last off-season, I mean, the one before this very last, no one wanted him as a starter because as a center he was just not good. Then all of a sudden he turns out to be play a very solid right guard last season and no one saw that coming. With Stork solidifying the center position, even without Mankins, the O-line played great enough last season to give time to Brady work his magic. We thought our problems with the O-line were solved, anyway I thought BB would draft another O-lineman this year. Thank god he did. Connolly retired, Stork is temporarily IRed and Wendell is dealing with an illness. That's all ingredients you need to regress to the bottom 5 O-line in football and instead, we may have a case of a top 3 unit here.

That's why you never go thin at any position, and Belichick knows that. The day this man retires it will be sad.

let's wish him all the best

get well soon Ryan
