9/25: NFL STILL Digging The Hole Deeper Against Brady

Its time for Kraft to stand in front of cameras and call the NFL out for leaking the false information, the entire frame job, and to demand his picks back and to withdraw the Brady appeal.

The is ZERO proof that Brady or anybody on the Patriots did anything wrong. Their is a mountain of proof that the NFL, Colts, Baltimore, Pittsburg all broke NFL rules!!!!!

Otherwise, the Pats and Brady should sue the NFL* for defamation, it is the only way to clear their names and remove Goodell.

Is there any doubt that they are trying to distract Brady throughout the season? Not saying it will succeed, but they will continue to try.

same as before the Super Bowl, which would lend itself to this question...

Are there NFL executives betting against the Patriots? How much did they lose in the Super Bowl? These are questions that absolutely have to be asked!!!!!!!

LOL! The headline should have been "NFL Source to WFAN Carton: "We are a bunch of idiots!"

Every legal expert has said that the odds that the appeals court hearing this case in 2015 is negligible. The odds of the the NFL being able to get Judge Berman's decision is a long shot. Just to get one of those things to happen would take incredible luck. Getting the appeals court to hear this case before the season is over AND overturn the Berman decision seems about as likely as me winning Powerball while being eaten by a shark that is getting hit by lightning.
Stay out of the water and we're all set :D and stay away from Sharknado's!!!!!!

If they do try to go after Brady on something bogus, he could (need a lawyer to chime in) also file some type of hostile workforce claim against the NFL management. That would probably be difficult, but less difficult than a defamation case (assuming they try to go after him again for a different or same reason).

It's wishful thinking by a Jets fan.

if this actually did come from the league office ...what a bunch of jealous losers !

I don't trust the *NFL at all. There are more stings to come. Expect not so random drug tests, equipment tests and wild rumors and anonomys reports of cheating all season. God dammed leaque always ruining evey good thingbthe Patiota do.

It's not like Kraft was having a cozy dinner with Judge Berman. My understanding is that they both happened to attend a huge social event with over 800 guests in attendance.

Craig Carton is a wannabe shock jock and a Jets fan. I am not surprised to see him making crap up to get into the headlines. His "source" is probably Fireman Ed.

Does anyone know what the point of this "leak" was? Seems rather pointless unless somehow it hurts Brady (which it won't)

Today's rumor about Brady is more proof that the NFL needs some new voices in the room. The current lot are delusional and misinformed

Daniel Wallach @WALLACHLEGAL
Actions speak louder than words: NFL never asked for a stay of Judge Berman's order and has not asked the 2nd Circuit for expedited review

Here is a screenshot of the NFL vs. Brady appeal docket (as of one minute ago). Nothing of import has been filed yet. pic.twitter.com/KOzzfyQzbv

Daniel Wallach @WALLACHLEGAL
Median duration of Second Circuit appeals = 10 months. NFL has not asked for expedited appeal and has filed no briefs with the court yet

Daniel Wallach @WALLACHLEGAL
More facts: Appeal in #deflategate was filed 3 weeks ago & NFL has not asked court to expedite or filed its initial brief yet. Ship sailed!

Oh jeez. Now CBS is tweeting this BS:

NFLonCBSVerified account‏@NFLonCBS
Report: 'No doubt' Tom Brady serves four-game suspension this season

The first item in the Top Headline on cbssports.com says the same thing. "Report:: 'No Doubt' Brady serves ban in 2015"

That's very misleading. There's no report. It's a just a co-anchor of a crappy sports show quoting an unnamed source with an opinion.

Maybe I'm nitpicking but I'm just disgusted with the way that the NFL-controlled media has been behaving since this crap started
