When I was a young lad I used to sneak downstairs to watch the old Late Show on NBC, back when Letterman hadn’t yet forgotten how to be funny. During one of his bits he trotted out the Joe Theismann pencil sharpener, where the hand crank was Theismann's leg.

Theismann wasn't a better quarterback than Brady but he's definitely a better pencil sharpener.

Dexter Manley was a monster of a defensive end.

He had drug and alcohol problems most of his career.

He has had health issues recently.

IMO he doesn't have all his faculties.

This is really bad news for the NFL. Manly comments are really inconvertible evidence that concussions in the NFL causes CTE. The only explanation for Manly's comments.

For those of you who do not know Dexter Manley, let me assure you, he had to get other people to sign his checks. It's a victory that he gets himself dressed each day. His lack of judgement has nothing to do with football. (Although I'm sure football didn't help).
