There's a way to do it
But it's not that way
there's a way to do it
but we'll always do it
better than you

This can't be possible. Because we hear over and over again from the media that the Dolphins are "committed to winning" by making Suh the highest paid defensive player in NFL history. I mean, who would ever think something could go wrong when you take a guy with obvious attitude problems, put him in a brand new system and environment in the middle of a gigantic party city, bow to his every demand, and then throw a guaranteed $20M a year at him?

I, for one, cannot fathom this could be happening.
Just like they committed to winning when they signed Mike Wallace. Both bone headed moves, or the Bills committing a quarter of a BILLION dollars to their front four.

Just another example of an organization whose leadership would rather win the off season. Charter and chronic Members are the Jets, Miami, Washington, and Cleveland. There are other part time members but these 4 own the parking spaces. ;)

Ive heard dolphins fans defending him saying how bad the coaching is and what not....as if thats justification for a new player to come in and ignore his new coaches by the second week.
Maybe they just dont want to accept the fact that Suh may be justvthe next stereotypical bad attitude talent that disappears after hitting his huge payday.

I think we are celebrating way to early. Great DL are a good investment, I never minded the Patriots paying theirs. Suh got too much money but he is still a force to be reckoned with. Tough as it is I'm glad the Patriots face to flight DL this season, it will only make them better.

It's good fortune for us Ken, but it's also a product of success and stability. The primary reason AFCE opponents are so unstable, and as a result unsuccessful, is that they cannot get by the Patriots, so they just keep switching gears trying to find the answer, when the real answer is find the right guy and let him build a stable organization with a real winning philosophy and culture. It's rare, but can be done.

I will now go say my vows to my Brady, Belichick, and Ernie Adams bobbleheads.

If it was JJ Watt, -maybe-. This clown, no.

Defensive lines are only part of the puzzle. If you invest too much in any part of team, you may be hurting the whole team's chance of winning. The one exception may be a quarterback who is capable of winning a championship.

The Patriots of late have shown an ability to negate a ferocious front line. Good pass blocking offensive linemen, a quarterback releasing the ball quickly on short and medium routes, quick receivers able to avoid the jam at the line of scrimmage, and up-tempo play calling that limits defensive substitutions, have proven to be an effective formula. I look forward to seeing Suh gasping for breath on his first visit to Gillette in a Dolphins uniform. I just hope he doesn't get frustrated and hurt someone.
