Anyone else notice excessive piped-in noise at Buffalo?

I don't find this at all funny. This is the exact scenario of spygate. The Bills even had the Book of World Records on hand for their noise. The Bills broke the rules, ignored a league memo and gained a competitive advantage. They must lose a 1st and be fined.

I noticed this last year too

Pats lost a million dollars, a first and fourth for something they didn't even do, so if we use that as a metric the entire bills FO should be ritually executed.

Fantastic.

"No way the head coach didn't know about this. Hire Ted Wells, take away a first round pick and give the org a $1 million fine. Only fair..."

FTFY

Every team can break the rules, except the Pats. Tomlin last week. Now this.

Cheating cheaters. *1-1 cheaters NEVER win!!!

And now for Goodell's official statement.

"We have determined that the Patriots were generally aware that a train horn was sounded during the game."

"Tom Brady had a general awareness that the Bill's PA guy was playing the train horn during the Patriots' no huddle offense. It does not matter whether or not Brady gained an advantage as a result of the horn. His general awareness is enough to ban him for life." - Goodell

Written warning this time. Later in the season they'll have a sting to catch the Patriots using ultrasonic devices to disorient opposing teams. They'll then 'catch' BB using such a device. He'll explain it's a surface tablet, but exponent will find that it they can't prove that it isn't a device to transmit ultrasonic sound. BB will the new summarily executed under article 46.

These are such appropriate comments:

I'm pretty sure some members of the team were generally aware of the horn going off as well.

There's a 2AM text message from Sammy Watkins to a girl last September where he describes himself as "horny". This seems like a scheme.

Actually, Spygate was the first offense of ignoring a memo.

The penalty should be worse now since there is a precedent.

It could be an actual trainhorn in the stadium and not just a recording -- might be a loophole.

I'd be curious to see if people can get someone like Curran to comment on this.. It would be interesting..

EDIT:
RICKY DOYLE of NESN just posted a story on this and it turns out that FLORIO ran with it last night.. When did FLORIO become such a Pats defender??

http://nesn.com/2015/09/did-bills-violate-nfl-rules-with-pre-play-stadium-noise-vs-patriots/
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ve-gone-too-far-with-pre-play-stadium-sounds/

But, as ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio pointed out after the Patriots’ 40-32 win, it’s possible the Bills actually violated NFL rules with their in-stadium sounds while New England was on offense. Consider the following, per Florio, from a memo sent by the NFL last month regarding the league’s in-stadium noise policies: “The home team is permitted to play audio while the visiting team is on offense and the play clock is running. The audio must cease by the time the play clock reaches 20 seconds, or when the visiting team’s offense reaches the line of scrimmage, whichever occurs first. Pursuant to this policy, the visiting team’s offense is considered being at the line of scrimmage when the center touches the ball.”

I was there yesterday you could hear the PA announcer screaming over the loud system during the Dion Lewis fumble.

I thought the trains were leaving the stadium when I heard it. Last chance to board.

They were more frequent when the Pats were up 21 points.

I don't see how this is less egregious than allegedly removing .2 PSI from a football.
