"........ I'm so glad that Tom Brady is going to be here because we don't want to hear no excuses when we beat the Patriots today at Orchard Park."

And I am so very glad that you were able to see Brady's record breaking performance at Ralph Wilson Stadium! Your victory over cancer was one of the truly inspiring stories of this year.

May you be able witness many, many more such occasions!

Cancer took my father in the most despicable way. So whenever I hear someone has beaten cancer especially a class act such as Jim Kelly I will cheer but as a Patriots fan I hope he shed a tear today. :D

Everyone attached to that organization, past and present, fan and player, all talked a lot of trash and had it shoved down their collective throats.

They were at least better in defeat than the Seahawks were in sb 49

Seattle's reality check has just bounced. All of Marshawn's Skittles won't be able to mend this breach.

Eh, sometimes I think we tend to overreact around here. Very few teams go into Lambeau and come out victorious.

Even if SEA doesn't win the division (unlikely in my opinion, even with an 0-2 start), they're still the kind of team who can get the wild card spot and make some noise.

Many here were saying the same about Green Bay last year when they started 1-2. As a matter of fact, SEA started poorly last season as well, and even more were writing us off after the KC debacle.

Personally, I think Green Bay is the pick to win the NFC this year, and I'd even consider taking it a step further if I could set my rooting interests aside.

Dunno, Supafly. I wasn't specifically referring to last night's game. The epic swan song-Heimlich Maneuver was realized when the Seachickens flew into St. Louis and were stuffed on yet another fourth-and-one. Pete Carroll is in Pete Carroll's head.

Damn, shmessy, going after Jim Kelly too? It's a bloodbath around here with you :)

Remind me never to cross you.

I hope you're right, but they still looked good at certain parts of the game. They have a tough defense and when Wilson gets going their offense goes with him. It's just hard for me to see ARZ winning the division, that's all.

I'd love to see it though.

Tell ya what: Carson's looking decent out there. Have him as a backup in one of my FF leagues (in two of them), and he's lighting up the scoreboard. If he can stay healthy, AZ can make some noize.

He does typically seem like a classy guy, and he was speaking out about TB and calling him a cheater. i wonder if he's ever revisited his statements or if he ever bothered to read past the headlines (or listen to BSPN).

You' think, even among the generational differences, that QBs would support each other as the position is different from any other on the field. Actually, I think they do typically support each other, but it's only TB that they feel compelled to call out. In some ways it must be because they recognize his greatness and feel threatened by it (which would be odd as they can't improve their past careers).

if they love the game as muc has they say, you'd think they would want to witness a great playing it. Especially a pocket-style QB which was representative of that era (80-90's).

As I mentioned, I am so glad he beat cancer. Glad for him and his wonderful wife and daughters - - anyone who read that story had to be somewhat emotionally invested. That was inspiring and we all cheered him.

Very happy also to see him be able to witness the beat down the man he called a cheater a few weeks ago put on his hyped up football team.

Yesterday was a great day all around.

Jim Kelly and the Buffalo in general usually win before the game is played... after which they are silent.

Wonder if they will take down their billboard now??

I agree! Arizona's defense is for real & they're playing the best football in the NFC right now! It all comes to what they do on offense this season! Rodgers is the best QB in the conference! I'm just wondering what other NFC teams will challenge the Packers!

Kelly is just high on snake oil sales associate Rexs vision for euphoria like everyone else who buys in when his wagon rolls in to town.

Ive met Jim Kelly and he a down to earth nice guy.

I've heard the same thing. He's also woefully ignorant and uninformed on the Deflategate subject and should just shut up about it when asked.

the bills suck!!
even better winning with kelly/polian in attendance. check the psi *****es!!:D

Even better would be for him to come to a high degree of understanding and make a public opinion that is informed and based on facts, regardless of how he feels. If you don't have the facts, they you can always weasel out (and rightfully so) that "based on everything you are hearing in the press", blah blah blah, but he stated his opinion more as fact or the fact that he felt informed and certain of those headlines.
