Anyone else notice excessive piped-in noise at Buffalo?

"It may not matter if the Patriots complain. By league rule, “[a]ll clubs must submit a recording of the video board feed paired with the PA system audio by the Wednesday following a home game.” So if the Bills went too far when the Patriots had the ball, the NFL easily will be able to figure it out."

Yeah, right!

There will be one line on some obscure statement somewhere on Friday saying that the "Bills were fined $10000 for rules violation."

Stay classy Patriots, they can make all the noise they want you kicked their puckered asses..

So the league sent a memo to all the teams warning them of rules violations and a team ignored them. That sounds familiar. The difference between this and Cameraplacementgate is this actually gave the Bills an in game competitive advantage.

Considering Cameraplacementgate did not provide an in game competitive advantage, I assume the Bills will be fined considerably more than a first round pick and $750,000. Wait, what??? It's only cheating if it's the league's most dominant team?

Unfounded fabricated accusations against the Patriots warrant $5 million investigations and the harshest penalties ever while actual cheating by the other 31 is glossed over as gamesmanship?

Got it.

It doesn't matter.

The Pats will continue kicking the asses of all the cry baby losers anyway.

There's not a lot to get excited about in Buffalo, but honestly, the Bills are one of those things.

I know, that sounds terrible and so sad.

But I'd believe the noise level there because I've been there, and it is loud.

Partly the fans have nothing else to cheer for in life.

Partly because it's an older stadium that's been around for a while.

I've noticed in Toronto (and heard similar in many other cities) that new stadiums kill crowd noise. Different theories abound, but the one that makes a lot of sense is that they price out the die-hards, the hardcore fans. Personal Seat Licenses, the latest money grab by owners with flashy new stadiums, definitely drive out the loyal and loudest fans who have been around for decades, but can no longer afford to go, or have to move waaaaaaaaaaaaay back.

A lot of Bills fans I've met (happens a lot more than I'd like because I live close by) have amazingly good seats for cheap. None of them make a ton of money, yet they have seats 8 rows back because they bought them decades ago. The average ticket in NE is over $450, while the average ticket in Buffalo is $180. You get a different crowd I guess.

In Toronto, the old Maple Leaf Gardens used to get really loud. Now the ACC is much quieter, with fans getting sushi instead of watching the games. Then again, Leafs fans don't have much to cheer about. Good thing I don't give a **** about hockey.

I'm hoping this is brought up to Belichick in one of his interviews/press conferences this week and he dismisses it but not before saying something like "We really didn't notice it and even if we had and it affected our execution, it's not something we would make an excuse over"

I can hear BB....."I'm sure the geniuses at the NFL home office will distribute their own special brand of justice."......................................I wish

The train horn was ridiculous, legal or not. I'm sure everyone in the stadium went home with minor hearing loss after yesterday's game.

"We practice for that."

I didn't notice, because I'm not listening to any of the network assholes this year. Music that I enjoy vs. getting agita from the constant BS in the media.
