The Chiefs started out strong last week scoring 27 points in the first half and really hasn't done all that much impressive since.

KC struggling offensively?

Go figure...

If the Broncos were playing a good team this game would have been over by the half. Manning was terrible, the Chiefs gifted them the win with 5 TO's, 3 of which at least were inexcusable mistakes). I'm not worried at all about them, also this great "defense" has faced an awful QB with an average receiving corp and a good QB with an awful receiving corp. Wait till they face someone like Brady/Rodgers/Ben/Luck/Rivers.

denver are still a contender...strong defense/offense can score.
still think peyton fails in the playoffs though..

Such an awesome of display of (A) playing not to lose for more than a full quarter, and (B) Veteran QB Smith apparently not knowing they have 80 yards to go, 1 timeout, 27 seconds to go. A scramble for 10 yards under that scenario instead of chucking it down field and hoping one of your guys make a play? (C) acting nonchalant about trying to squeeze out one shot at a miracle play. The chiefs were basically sauntering around with 7 seconds left on the clock when it seemed like they could easily get the snap off with a tick or two on the clock.

Reid seems to really believe that if you are close to tied, toed or slightly up in a game, just play not to lose/not to turn the ball over and at the end of the game hope they end up with more points than the opponent.

A classic master choke by Andy Reid, it's becoming a classic in prime time.

Good god Simms and Nantz are unbearable

Denver has basically resorted back to '12 Denver when the defense had to carry the team for 60 minutes while the offense only got 2-3 scoring drives all game.

But same thing is gonna happen to this team that happened to that team. When they go up against a competent offense they'll have trouble. May even come as earlier as next week when they go to Detroit. Say what you will about Detroit but offensively they are very good at Ford Field

matthew stafford never beats good teams.

I'm not taking anything away from the Broncos for winning that game. But it was also a meltdown by the KC. Crap defense on final drive, handing the ball off instead of the knee...everything else in the game. SMH.
Sure. Pats have won their share of games because the other team was dumb.

One of the worst prime time games I've seen in a while... Probably even worse than that NYG-DAL game the other night.

Speaking solely as an entertained fan, last second TDs to win the game in back to back divisional, prime time games are pretty much exactly what I want to see.

I never suggested otherwise. Nor did I take away from the Broncos. It was a good TD drive with some very nice catches and a good final pass for the TD. Clutch strip by the D.

Denver D next Sunday faces Stafford. Calvin Johnson and Golden Tate in Detroit. Detroit at home is one of the better offenses in the league.

if tyrod rips us apart i'll be worried

Just a fyi...Denver not Indy is the only team that can keep our Pats from SB50...

Nah. Playing Denver would be like an extra bye week.

Their defense will get worse as the season goes on (as it did last year) and Manning in the cold ... well, we know how that works out for him.

Now, if Gronk gets injured, then they might have a chance.
