Honestly, do they have any realistic chance of going into Orchard Park on Sunday and coming out with a win? Keep in mind, the last time they played the Bills, they lost at home, and it wasn't even that close. And that was before the Bills became the best team in the NFL history and before Brady started his inevitable decline.

What do you guys think? Is there any hope at all?

Upset! Really? Last time I checked the patriots are defending champs, not Buffalo.

Guys, this is the biggest game in our franchise's history!

This Sunday, the torch gets passed from the Buffalo Bills to the New England Patriots. We're taking over the AFC East this season. No longer will Buffalo dominate our division.

There is only ONE chance... Resign "Jones" Gray. According to a 7-footer on this very forum, he is the greatest runner this league has ever seen. Otherwise, I fear this game is lost and we start talking about trying to go to 2-1 with a win over Jax....

We gotta put our best foot forward going out there and play well. no matter what we do we can't just stick our toe in the water, we've got to jump right in and treat this game as do or die.

we also have to contain tyrod taylor. he has such a great feet. very underrated. we can't let him run around all over the place because his great feet really is an x-factor.

we have to be on our toes. this is a january game in week 2.

What alternate universe is this? Oh yes it's the alternate universe that's the reality of fans of other teams.

Damn, I often forget how good we have it.

In all seriousness I hate division games on the road.

There is always a ******** loss every year.

All football fans know the Patriots would be 0-16 every year without cheating. So we better come up with a good cheating strategy to beat the Bills.

We only have one Bill. They are the Bills. Only hope is to deflate, hack phone system, and pull off a Mission Impossible like heist of the Bills' game plan.
Don't forget everybody "illegally" shifting when Tyrod is in the middle of his cadence. There is an unwritten rule that you just don't DO that to a QB who is trying to score.

Seriously, I agree with robertweathers that there is an unexpected loss every year of a division game, and I hope this isn't it. I am nervous about our O line more than anything, but trust that BB, Josh and TB will have him getting rid of the ball fast. Just like we are laughing at the Bills for being over-confident, we shouldn't be either. Otherwise, Deus will be able to post his pot & kettle picture in this thread.

Exactly.

That's why I don't think it will be this one.

Oh this game is ripe for an upset. A few factors...

1. College type atmosphere.

2. Stout DL going against three rookies on the interior OL for the Pats with a quarterback whose main weakness is A gap pressure.

3. Ryan plays Brady well.

4. Not a lot of tape on Tyrod Taylor and a pass defense that is either in flux or just flat out sucks.

This doesn't mean the Pats will lose. Just that it's a game I could see them losing. If the interior OL holds up, I expect the Pats to exploit the Bills in a big way using 2 and 3TE sets.

I see them losing @NYJ. I just don't see them underestimating the Bills.
