Jeffrey Kessler to be on Dale & Holley today at 3:30 pm

Dale just announced it...

Thanks, Deus - very cool. Did they announce the time?

Not when I was listening. I had to step out, so they might have mentioned it then. It's not on the twitter feeds, that I can see, either.

Thanks for looking to find that out.
If anyone learns what time he's scheduled to be on, please post here :)

Kessler will be on at 3:30 pm today, per Dale.

We need to email them the ik suspension. I'd love to see what kessler's responce would be.

On right now

Once we looked into this, we were convinced...

The league didn't follow the CBA...

We thought eventually we would get here (Brady playing week 1)

Pash not being allowed to testify:

One of many, many failures

Everybody who testified in this matter has said that Tom Brady was not involved in any scheme (Brady, both field personnel)

I believe Tom Brady

Never given access to what Jastremski and McNally said to Wells

Not surprised at how strident Berman was towards the NFL

No specific one thing. Accumulation of everything the way they handled it.

Was surprised when the Wells law firm showed up to represent the NFL at the appeals hearing

Following is a summation, not a quote:

Because of the evident partiality, he did not think there was anything that could have been said or done that would have changed Rodger's mind

This has been the league's pattern in all these cases.

I can see why this man is in such high demand. He's very straight forward. He doesn't beat around the bush. No wonder the league lost.

They have a one-note defense

Kessler and Jas and McNally on testifying....didn't have access, Wells had no evidence and neither side felt it was necessary

Mentions the limit of 4 hours to present entire defense (remember getting caught in this lie, NFL?). Didn't think they'd have time to call for McNally/Jastremski as a result.

At end of 11 hours, Goodell asked if either party thought they should be brought in for him to question, and the NFL said 'no'.
