Judge Berman just posted about 20 letters that were sent to his court before the ruling, written by random people with advice on what to do. Here are just a few

Judge Berman thanked all of these deflategate commentaters for their submissions and even apologized for not responding sooner. Good man ;)

I like how the two anti-Brady letters were literally "WON'T SOMEONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN??" and "I don't care about due process, I read the headlines and he's obviously guilty."

Meanwhile, the pro-Brady emails were mostly New Englanders pretending to be objective, including some guy who unironically calls himself Houk.

Berman's troll game is strong.

LOL at Comic sans. Was that letter supposed to be a joke?!

I also like how the comic sans "won't someone think of the children!" letter basically lectures Judge Berman on how people who have been accused of something deflect from accusations. The guy's been presiding over courtrooms for the past 20 years, going to go out on a limb and suggest that he knows how people typically respond to accusations.

I like Liz Minnerly's suggestion that they take away all Pats points from the 1st half of AFCC game. They still whoop the Colts! lmao

Does anyone know why he released these?

That Connecticut guy is hilarious. He doesn't care about due process or cba, Brady cheated, end of story.

This is why Connecticut isn't part of New England .

Best one of the bunch: *It is obvious (Brady) is guilty*
Sp why is it the best one? Because it precisely describes a large pool of the population's critical thinking aptitude. In mathematical terms it is Emotion(anger/envy/spite) + mouth = critical thinking.

With this burgeoning 'I just know <fill in the blank>' crowd more and more piloting the ship we all live on, what could possibly go wrong?

Best line from letter by Michael Bargo of Chicago, IL:

"Any slight difference (in PSI) is certainly not going to enable any NFL quarterback to win a Super Bowl."

Precisely.
