Mooch, is from the Walsh tree. Ie: back in the day(Was on a sideline in the 80's).

I was texting some of my friends who aren't Pats fans during that saying it was amazing simply as a football fan. It's unbelievable how much goes into every snap.

So they have an after show and they put Brian Billick and Steve Marucci on and not Willie and Heath, 2 guys that played for the Patriots. Seems logical.

For everything we learned tonight, we now have that many more questions about things we want to learn.

Belichick should make this permanent for the rest of his time running the team. They won because they are better prepared than anyone else, period Invite NFL FIlms in every season with the caveat they hold off until after the season and no playbook information.

Anyone who doesn't get what it takes to win it all and win consistently after this is a moron.

NFL Films is not synonymous with the NFL, nor the NFLN, which largely phased out the role NFL Films proudly held. NFL Films is run by football historians without agenda, who fully appreciate the Patriots' success as a matter of football lore. That is why BB in turn has always liked them.

It is Goodell's NFL that basically dismantled NFL Films for the sake of NFLN becoming more of an ESPN clone.

Just more proof that BB is the best there is - beyond his knowledge and ability to apply that knowledge is the way he gets every member of his team to commit 100% to his philosophy.

This civilian organization is the closest thing there is to a Special Forces unit. A true team, a willingness to do anything for the other guys.

To steal from Seattle (can't recall who said this during the SB) "Not because you have to, because you want to."

There are a lot of players on other teams that get this - only in New England do all 53 (plus) get it.
