To apply logic to the situation:
If Goodell's case was so clean and easy, why did he have to overstep to try to shut down access to information (for both Brady and the public) to make Brady guilty? Goodell had complete control of everything, EVERYTHING, including 7 months to get this right by process and ability to interview people. AND, he still failed in as big a way as anyone ever could.

Why isn't that a story?

Bart Hubbuch slipped and fell on a banana peel tonight!

Wow! I know Hubbach is dumb, but not this dumb. That statement just stated that Judge Berman wasn't going to address whether the facts of the case were correct or not and will just accept them for the sake of the decision. It was clear by the body of the decision that Judge Berman has doubts about the "facts" of the Wells Report.

just listened to tarkenton's take on o'reilly...

just awful. he's a jealous old man. at least jim gray defended tom like he has from day 1.

So next Thursday who all should Brady refuse to do a interview with??

Bart Hubbuch exposed himself as being MCI/Tanguay-level dumb.

Head on over to the colts forums, good stuff on there.

Oh, and didnt Tanguay stone cold lock that Big **** Berman would rule with the NFL yesterday?

This jerk, Carol Costello on CNN has been cackling and sarcastic about Brady for 8 months and she was forced today to break the news on CNN!

http://cw33.com/2015/09/03/tom-brady-wins-deflategate-judge-tosses-suspension-lets-brady-play/

It's very telling how the writer feels by reading that column.

Four sentences (including words such as describing the allegations) were written about Brady's victory over Goodell.

The next 132 words were entirely about the original allegations - which were exposed to be a farce. There is also much more space dedicated to quotes from the Wells Report than the minimally sparce eight words quoted from Berman's decision.

Sadly, the subliminal message still dominates thanks to a biased columnist such as this one.

Let them have their victory today. Doesn’t really matter here, does it? Let Judge Berman channel his inner idiot by citing the irrelevant argument that, because steroid cheats and domestic abusers get suspensions of four games, Tom Brady shouldn’t get four games for something as relatively innocuous as (allegedly) deflating footballs. Let Brady use this victory to reaffirm his innocence.

Doesn’t change what happened Jan. 18. Doesn’t change that the Colts lost their biggest game of the season. Doesn’t change that the Patriots cheated.

And it doesn’t change that everybody knows it.

You can do what you will and get away with it in the NFL. All suspensions and fines can be taken to court and thrown out. Just proves that as a player in the NFL you have more rights than the Comissioner because of the NFLPA. Silly.

I'm still rolling on the ground laughing at that one. Kinda like Hitler was too "Jewish".

I will be curious to hear what Erik Kuselias has to say on NBC sports radio early tomorrow morning. He has been staunchly on the anti-Brady side from the moment Mortensen's NFL-fed lie was made public.

A couple days ago he border lined on ridiculous. In all seriousness he attempted to make an unquestionable analogy between a supervisor asking an employee for a work file, and the NFL asking for Brady's phone. That led to something along the lines of 'if your boss asked for that work file and you destroyed it, what would happen to you'? What a bogus comparison, on so many levels...

If that wasn't enough Kuselias went on to say that Pats fans were delusional. Something about how we wanted to distract others by looking at the bright shiny object such as ideal gas law, while getting people to not look at the phone, texts, etc.

I thought that it was so ironic, because he had it half right. One side was indeed attempting to get the public to look at the bright shiny object over here in one hand in order to not see what the other hand was doing. Problem is that he was off by 180°. It was the NFL that was the city street corner hustler, not fans of the New England Patriots.

I was listening to radio here in the bay area and the sacremento station host said brady didnt win but the judge ruled on CBA abuse on NFL. Then guess who gets as a guest from Boston ? .Yes Gary Tanguay . He of course said brady did something blha blha. And then later the host says "see, guy in the middle of it in boston says the same thing"

So cant hate on kravitz and co enough if our own morons are spreading **** like this.

Unfortunately there are more than enough in the Boston media to take an anti-Patriots position. People in other markets such as Denver and Indy (where virtually all the writers are unabashed homers) take that as proof of wrongdoing by the New England football team - since they have never seen or heard anything remotely close to that in their area.

The chances of Matt Chatham, Tom Curran, Jerry Thornton, Christopher Price, Jeff Howe, Mike Petraglia, etc, getting on an out of town station to be the 'voice and pulse of New England' is so much smaller than getting Tanguay, Felger, Borges, etc., makes me throw up in my mouth.

Thanks Kraft!

Those outside NE will never forget Bob's cowardice & interpret it as admission of guilt.
Oh quit being a crybaby. And they were ordered to suspend the ball boys. Those outside want the pats guilty, they would come up with something either way.

Kinda figured this is why the NFL gave zero ****s about this obvious setup going to court and likely getting destroyed. As long as the NFL wins public opinion they think they can spin these court cases as evidence they need more power.

I also think this is why the next CBA negotiations will be ugly. Rog thinks that the problem is that he can't suspend players indefinitely for parting their hair on the wrong side, and the PA thinks that the shouldn't have to go to court to get a reasonable person to hear their case when Rog just makes something up.

I tuned in today on XM radio, but THIS guy evidently took off on vacation one day early:

Chris Mad Dog Russo ‏@MadDogUnleashed May 11

What a job by Roger Goodell! Brady cheated, he got caught, he deserves every game! Great job by Goodell! Great job!

.
(I hope that dog gets infested with tics).

Indy GM is currently staring up in the sky thinking up his next post Pats *** kicking Excuse-Gate
