It doesn't look like Matt Patricia is calling the plays either. Combination of the other D coaches. Patricia on headset though.

Not sure what our cap is, as i don't really follow it, but if were under its completely feasible to keep all those guys around + Branch, while making a solid roster.

Rufus Johnson just makes plays

I wish i could day that was a good play by Richards but a big part was a bad pass.

Going to be hard to sneak Rufus Johnson to the PS.

We got to get him through waivers...but if he keeps playing this good, it'll be hard

Just throw a ball near Dobson so he can drop it into a defender's hands and seal his fate already

Do you see any way that he make the team? He has been really impressive, just a really deep position

Well that's it for the Dax Swanson era.

McLain tries. has a nice motor. Gets in on the run well. Not smart though.

What? That was a very nice pass.

Good point. Pass rushing DEs and DTs are all solid against the run. Could be an issue, but we don't have a bunch of spinning tops that can't tackle, with the transition to lighter DTs.

He had a tough play in coverage. Got lucky.

I can see why Lindley is playing....No roster spot for him...looks like he'll be unemployed after this game....

The Patriot OL out there now is terrible.....

He has the Pats' final 56 at $800k over the cap (aka they have to free up $800k plus some extra by cutting three guys, which means some unexpected cuts will be necessary). And he's already assuming that they cut Branch just to get to that position. If they keep Branch over some minimum salary guy, add some more to that deficit that needs to be accounted for somewhere.
