Let's start a list of those we will never forget and never forgive.

Mine begins, of course, with Robert Kraft for abandoning Brady in May, but towards the top will be Dan Shaughnessy for his column on July 29 (which has mysteriously disappeared from the Globe's Web Page ):

Dan Shaughnessy
July 29th

"What do you say now, Patriot fans? Still think the NFL is out to get the Patriots? Still think Tom Brady is clean? Still think this is a witch hunt?...Of course you do. And that is why at a time when you should be embarrassed, you are probably emboldened. Please. Give up...According to the NFL, the Patriots cheated. They tampered with footballs after the balls were approved by game officials. The NFL terms it an ongoing “scheme.’’ It’s not a huge transgression, but the tampering was done to gain a competitive advantage. It appears to have been systematic."
Now the CHB is singing a new tune.
Shank on ESPN: Kraft should go to court to overturn draft loss.

NFL is so stupid it's amazing, especially to appeal.

You were wrong. You made a big f*****g mistake. You lost.

LET IT GO!

So any comments from Lester Munson yet?

He's bunkered down with Mort Report, doubtless to spin this as Judge Berman's deliberate miscarriage of justice has befouled Roger Goodell's brilliant and unassailable interpretation of the glorious Article 46.

"I think Roger is doing a wonderful job. Today's decision shows that the NFL has the most fairminded and reasonable commissioner in all of sports" - The next owner to speak publicly other than Robert Kraft

While all of those names i agree with let us not forget Irsay, kravitz and the GM of the dolts

I wonder if the NFL will offer to not appeal if Brady agrees to no defamation suit.

:):D:cool:

Although nothing can fully make up for what has been done to Tom Brady over the past seven months, this is the best form of vindication we could have hoped for. This is a great great day in PatsNation.

Kossach is straight up lying on ESPN. He's claiming that since Berman read an imaginary standard of fairness into the CBA, he's likely to be overturned on appeal. Fundamental fairness isn't something that he read into this specific CBA. It's something that legally must be a part of every arbitration process.

Since Kossach is a lawyer, I can only assume that he isn't really that ignorant, and instead he's lying for the purpose of spin.

If he was a good lawyer or one with any integrity, he wouldn't be on ESPN.

essentially, i agree with you. but i'm sick of people like shaughnessy and volin...goes back to tomass i guess...

I don't like them, but I'm not going to enable them by listening. I won't change the world that way, but my life is better not hearing those losers. They disgust me, but if I don't hear them, they lose.

Peter King
Ben Volin (we hate him already)
Felger and Mazz (ditto)
Shannon Sharpe
Mark Brunell (who cares)
all of ESPN except Reiss and Bruschi (who can now finally return, I hope)
Dan Patrick
50% of Tom Curran (he played both sides whenever he saw fit)

Yeah, I actually had this slight thought they might have a clue and not appeal--got a couple of "funny" ratings, which were apparently deserved, as the league is instantly leaking they will appeal. IDIOTS.

Can this thread be retitled the SUCK THAT thread..?

Well, CHB is an ass, but on this occasion, I agree with him.
