Berman didn't say Goodell was fully impartial, he simply didn't find Goodell was "evidently partial".

That question really should be moot. The judge did find that Goodell as arbiter violated several issues with CBA and "law of shop". I think the question of impartiality only comes up if Goodell didn't do anything explicitly wrong, but decided the case based on a bias. With all that he did wrong, you could say it's evident that he was partial.

lol the 2-6 douche show is melting so hard about this that they are starting early on csnne at 1pm.
Let me guess . "This doesnt mean brady is innocent!" . This will be their theme today. I alreayd heard it in other radio outlets.

7 months of harassment vindicated.

I'll be enjoying this victory lap for atleast a year baby.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is one bad thing in the ruling - Berman did not agree that Goodell was evidently partial.

Actually, he neither agreed nor disagreed. He declined to consider it one way or the other because he felt the other grounds for vacatur were sufficient.

The fat ******* on ESPN (don't know his name, don't care to) is now accusing Berman of rewriting the law.

Roger Cossack is so pissed. Lmao.

I love this line at the end to: "In view of the Court's determinations regarding the inadequacy of notice and discovery afforded to Brady, the Court does not reach Brady's other claims." In other words, there was so many Goodell did terribly wrong here, we didn't even bother exploring them all.

TOM BRADY IS INNOCENT
I know that. YOU know that, but go look at the comments over at PFT posting on Brady's win. We are still in the minority.

I've ALWAYS said that this was just a step on the path and NOT the end of it. Lots of work to do, Ivan. No time to relax. So, let's be very Pat's-like, and enjoy the win, but remember it wasn't the end of the season and "we're on to redemption and retribution".

Someone with a legal mind needs to read the decision and see if the NFL can actually appeal this or leave it as it stands.
If there was no notice, you can't unring that bell so no new arbitration. Unless it get overturned, this is ovahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..

So any comments from Lester Munson yet?
