Way to go Goodell. Try to outsmart the NFLPA by beating them up the court steps to get the venue they wanted. Their venue shopping gave them a judge that was far worse for them than the one they would have gotten in Minnesota.

If it got overturned, it means that Berman ruled that Goodell violated the CBA. So Goodell's reasoning behind the punishment can either be attributed to incompetence or him having an ax to grind. Either way, I wonder if it will be enough for the owners to oust him.
