Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times is reporting the Patriots have invited former Buccaneers 2015 seventh round pick fullback Joey Isoefa to Foxboro on Thursday for a visit and workouts.

.....and amazingly he was 1 of only 4 to be drafted. Which "expert" had him rated like that?

Watch the highlights. This kid runs hard and with bad intentions, has some burst and decent balance, runs it up the gut. Good goal line option, and also has good hands, can catch some passes like Develin.

Bills giving him a shot. Might be a guy we can slip onto the PS as I doubt he'll make the 53 by Saturday.

The Pats are probably just doing their due diligence and taking an up close and personal look at him.

Probably won't make the team, but be on speed dial if he's available later in the season and a need pops up.

I also agree with them here that Zenner, Varga & Mundine are all better prospects than Isoefa.
