These guys are usually right on the money for stuff like this. Ask Wiggy.

The Garnett telling Carmelo Anthony that "Your wife tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios" thing, for example.

Liar! Real ESPN employees never issue corrections!
Right. I should have stuck to corporate policy and let it blow over or wait until Ian calls me and says to issue a retraction which would come at 12:20 am.

When will Dikembe chime in and bless us with his manifold wisdom?

Would be a great ending if we win.

NFL struts around arrogantly declaring victory then they get a "beat down" decision from the court letting Brady play opening day.

Would be like the Malcolm Butler pick all over again with the Richard Sherman reaction! :D

Dan Graziano is an idiot. Here he is bloviating about what Bill Belichick thinks. Everybody knows that nobody knows what Bill Belichick thinks, except maybe, Bill Belichick.

Are you suggesting that perhaps even he doesn't know? Wrong!

I wish people would stop touting "because of the CBA and article 46 brady cant win!" its just not true...if the cba was soo much in goodells favor then the nfl wouldnt be 0% in court. for Berman to rule in the NFL's favor for article 46 would go against precedent set in all the other court cases in dotys court.

while Goodell does have alot of power and an arbitrator does have alot of deference. Goodell still has to follow the rule of shop and collectively bargained punishments and he violated those several times!

1. evident partiality
2. Notice of punishment
3. withholding pash/notes
4. collectively bargained punishment is a fine. and collectively bargained punishments supercede a general punishment

the longer it takes Berman to craft his ruling the better for Brady IMO. because if he was just going to uphold the award it would be quick and easy.

People are reading everything they can into everything they can think of. It's all a waste of time. For example, does the Brady team think they can lose? Sure, but just look at this thread, and you see the Anderson quote about how good they feel about their case, and you can counterpose it with regards to the Graziano quote.
So, basically, it comes down to "People are speculating that the Brady team thinks it might win and it also thinks it might lose?" Yes, that's worth a thread. :)

ESPN are the ballwashers for the NFL. Another pro-nfl "leak", gee how not surprising? And who the hell is Dan Grazno and what are his sources anyways? Of course not named!

Who the hell is Dan Graziano!?!? THE Dan Graziano?? He's a legend, the most NFL-connected media member in the country, moreso than Schefter. Graziano has Berman, Kessler, goodell, and even Tom Brady on speed dial.
