When I get a new computer, I destroy the 9ld one. Always have. I keep my old phone, but would never give it away. I would smash it first. And I'm just some schlep. Brady, and I'd bet, 99.9 percent of famous people do. This a F'd up world we live in. Just look at Ashley Madison as one example. Smashing his phone has absolutely no merit in their flimsy ass case. IMO

Don Yee is a lawyer-agent. His advice was sound AFTER they retrieved the contents of EVERY Pats connected player or functionary conversation. AND Investigator Wells said he was satisfied with what he had; and had thanked him for his cooperation.

What's wrong with upgrading to the Apple I phone 6, when it came out? Millions of people did.

There's plenty wrong. Yee should have known better than to let him get an iPhone. Should have waited for Galaxy s6. It defies logic and opens a huge hole in the case. Why would any sensible person buy an iPhone over a Galaxy? Makes you think if he would do something that dumb maybe deflating footballs by .2 psi isn't out of the question.
