Don't be too sure that even if Berman vacates the punishment, people will think Brady is innocent. The reputation of Patriots as cheaters is etched in granite due to the camera placement fiasco and the acceptance of punishments by the Pats' owner. They will just think that Brady is guilty and got off on a technicality.

God I pray when Tom files his defamation suit ESPN is the 2nd name mentioned. Their campaign of misinformation, flat out lies, and 1am retractions is so transparent that it must sicken some of guys who have to spew it. But at any rate, I think the word about ESPN is getting out across the country, and the money it's costing Disney is music to my ears.
