Site issues - post here

Ian - please give us the option to remove the twitter feed at the top. It still is causing my browser to crash and slowing down my entire computer..

Also, I'll be honest. Why do we need two twitter feeds? Do we really need the redundancy? We have the feeds on the right hand side.. The additional feed only clutters the site, in my honest opinion..

Ian - I have been getting a redirect on my iPad the last few days. Not the "friend" one that used to exist. It keeps opening up my Apps to try to get me to download an Uber app.

Only happens on this website so I don't necessarily think it's due to my having accidentally downloaded something into the iPad. But I'm not really a tech guy so i can't say that for sure....

Is there any possibility that you can make Vine videos embeddable? It's used a lot on twitter now for highlighting football plays and would be a really useful tool.

Yep same problem. I keep getting directed to game of war on the apple app store.

Bump. Still happening on apple devices.

Ditto. Although interestingly enough it's ok on my iPhone, it's the iPad where I have a problem.

I shot an email off to the contact at the ad network and I'm hoping they were able to locate and disable it. If anyone has any screenshots of the redirect please pass it along, as they need that to try and pinpoint who the offending ad may be coming from.

This is from today, usually redirects to the app store

Mine popped to the Pandora app in the App Store.

I'm getting pandora as well, it's different apps and it seems to be getting worse. Frustrating...

Is anyone who has donated and is part of the ad-free group getting these? I spoke to both ad networks this week and both looked into it and couldn't find anything, although they also mentioned that it's tough to sometimes find these if they're occurring randomly. The reason why I ask about the ad free group is the ad tags don't run at all for those people, so no redirects should be occurring. If they are, then it might be something else. So I'd be curious to know if that's the case for anyone under that designation?

Are you on WiFi or cell service when this happens? My daughter happens to be home from college this weekend and has an Ipad and I haven't been able to get it to redirect...so I'm trying to pinpoint what's triggering it.

Wifi at home. I've been surfing the web all day and it only happens here, so I've narrowed it down to that. Funny, just as I tried to reply, it redirected me.

Maybe it's time I go ad free too, it's a great site

It started today for me, opening the apple store and displaying the Badoo app page.

For anyone who this is happening to consistently (in other words, you can re-create it with each session) let me know so I can try and maybe connect with one of you in real time to try and troubleshoot it a little more. I sat around for a couple hours yesterday and couldn't trigger it, so it's hard for me to figure it out without being able to do that.
