I work nights & have a hour ride home from work in RI.

When I hear Tanguay filling in on WEEI, I turn the channel within 10 minutes. When he is not on, I listen for the entire hour.

Its been about a month since he made his speech. Back then i said i'd give him a few weeks to back it up in some way. He backed it up by sitting next to goodell for four and a half hours. So its becoming obvious that that speech was for fan consumption only so he wouldn't get booed on opening night, and fans would still shop at patriot place.

That is exactly what I think happened. Mort did not use the right words and created a story out of this. He has him self to blame. However he will lash out and categorize this as the Patriots being out to get him. At this point he is in a precarious situation where he might lie to people close to him to save face.

This guy Mortensen is a real Nut Job! BSPN Company man alright. What's his thought process here? Doesn't he know he will eventually get called out on all these reports. Problem is there will some dim'wits out there that will buy his garbage he's reporting.
