Funny how Wilson has done more on the field than Bequette, isn't it..
And yes, many people liked the Bequette pick. Bequette was an ALL-SEC 1st team selection. Had put up 10.5 Sacks that year. So many people felt Bequette was exactly as others had said.. Raw, but with skills to make the team.. He proved most of us wrong. It happens..

It certainly does. That draft was the first one I really studied and I'll never forget the feelings of deflation and confusion over the Wilson pick because I didn't know anything about him followed by the lift of the Bequette pick. Hopefully 2015 won't be a repeat (Richards - Grissom/Flowers). I'm sure it won't be.

Unsurprisingly, Bequette was not claimed on waivers. He is now on IR. He and Pats have 5 days to reach an injury settlement.

The Jake "The Invincible" lives on....for now

.....and the cat came back, the very next day.....the cat came back......they thought he was a goner.....but the cat came back....he just wouldn't go away........

.

Great now what do I do with his jersey?
makes a good car rag

Richards looks like the real deal. I could easily see him forcing his way into the rotation by the middle of the year.. I like both Grissom and Flowers.. They both showed more so far than Bequette. Flowers undressed Bulaga of the Packers..

I agree, I was really suggesting that the shape of the draft is similar: Potentially exciting, good value DL in the first, possible reach/ less considered prospect in the 2nd/pass rusher in the 3rd. I'm still a little cautious about Richards and Grissom but am bullish for Flowers.

Even better for when Belichick finally gets his hands on those pics Bequette has with him and livestock. Bequette can then pawn that to put a down payment on a modest home in a gated community.

What pics you phucking talking about. That guy is BB's bastard son. you NO SEEING the resemblances ? The bigazz nose? the dead eyes? the evil grins? the bushy chest? the hairy butt crack?

He's Baaaaaaxxxxxxkkkkkkk! Jake Bequette the FB era.

Why know. He has had a lot of TC practice at blocking. He clearly catches the ball well - Having a 270 lb FB can't be a bad thing. So there you have it. As soon as he can come back from this mysterious injury, Jake can resume his Pats career at his 3rd new position. :D

In the meantime has anyone picked up that Kitani kid that used to run a FB, could it be that after playing with the 85 jersey, Maybe, Mike Williams can be a 300lb FB :L of our dreams. ::eek:

Injury settlement. So he really IS gone.

I never thought I'd see that day.
