Mortenson on AZ radio: "I was right, the Krafts apologized and BB is the reason for "deflategate"

There wasn't a pause, but there was a significant slow down like he was trying to figure out how to word it when he brought up that both Krafts called him to apologize.

I really, really, really want someone to ask JK on the pregame tomorrow if he in fact apologized to that a-hole.

How can u determined which gauge was used after the fact? And disregard the guy that used the gauge "best recollection"? Doesn't that scream coming to a conclusion first & then trying to fit the narrative into a preconceived ending.

Maybe Mort interprets GFY as an apology.........
Maybe Bob but I just don't see both of them doing it..........no way in Hell... Why would they apologize...
Mort owes them an apology...

Well, in fairness to Mort, there are several examples of people in the Kraft's position apologizing to people in Mort's position in similar situations. Like the time the guy who got shot by **** Cheney on a hunting trip apologized to Cheney for being shot. And that other time where um...um...

OK I'm drawing a blank on any other similar situation, but I think it's important to keep things in perspective here an focus on what really matters - Will Mort ever reveal to us whether or not he was a big enough man to accept the Krafts' apology, or is he going to continue to harbor his anger at being hurt by the Krafts deep down within his soul, even if it is in possession of the NFL? I mean, it still deeply bothers me till this day that we never found out if Cheney accepted the apology he received from that guy he shot...sorry, I just can't go on...

I will say this… I wish Bill and Tom had just said nothing about the whole thing, just laughed and said talk to the league. Just made it seem like a joke. Which is what it is.
Isn't that what Brady did when it came up on D&C afTear the AFCCG? He was all like "huh?" Of course that led to him being accused of not taking it seriously. It's from the start that Brady had no idea what this was all about until well after the fact.

I hate when people run away from their track record, and are allowed to get away with it. That kind of dishonesty is why, long ago, I stopped being a stock analyst. (I.e., I got out before the bigger problem of investment banking inspired corruption became a big deal.)

WTF did Bob and JK apologize for? When? Timeline? I can see Bend-Over doing it but Jonathan?
Yeah, i don't believe Mort that the krafts apologized for calling him out. They may at one time apologized for something like cheap wine or bad brie where the reporters sit but not for anything to do about frame-gate.

I'll never forget it. When Minnehan asked Brady about it he was legitimately surprised and thought it was a joke. It was a," really? Are you serious?" reaction.

th

Mort is to Tom Jackson as BB is to Braveheart.

He called me too. He said Mort was a dumb, stupid ******* with no integrity.

I hope Chris Mortensen gets fired.

Dennis and Callahan ‏@DandCShow
Just spoke with the Patriots and once again Chris Mortensen is wrong, the Krafts did not apologize. Details tomorrow morning at 6.

What an absolute dipshit. Just opens up his mouth and the lies fly out. I would say he can't be that dumb to think going on radio in Arizona and spewing ******** wouldn't immediately get back to people in New England but I do really think he is that dumb.

Think after this one bspn might want to think about telling mortenson to go meet George at the campsite.

Up to now I didn't have much anger towards Mort. I thought of him as a victim of the League offices strategy, someone who they used and used as a fall guy. Then when it became apparent his report was wrong, he was a victim of ESPN's collaboration with the NFL, a corporate flunky who valued his job over his integrity. That's not right, but its at least understandable.

Based on today's radio appearance it would seem that he's nothing more than a whining hypocrite who is looking to blame others for his own mistakes of judgement. With his actions he sabotaged what was a pretty good career and will end it soon as a punchline on late night.

I think what he meant to say is that "My sources have told me that both Krafts have left messages of appollogies"

This way it's not actually Mort's fault.

Mort is not that good of a man. Just a paid mouth piece with no moral character.
"Integrity" where art thou? No where to be found with the NFL*and it's paid for propagandists.
