OT: Shefter "Accidently" fired from ESPN

Apparently someone in the IT department screwed up and turned off all of his work devices. Lol. Best part is he says it isn't the first time.

F-ing ESPN. Screw with the most likely only worthwhile person there. Pretty funny though.

Sources tell me that this has been a long time coming, as Schefter was getting ready to turn state's evidence over a vast, long-running conspiracy to infiltrate and undermine other networks.

No, I won't retract this if/when it's proven to be false.

Schefter probably refused to report that "league sources" have heard suspicions of the Patriots/Brady using the Best Buddies foundation to traffic sex slaves... He'll know better next time.

I personally think he walked into a bathroom at ESPN to take a piss and overheard a 3 way phone sex convo between Munson, Irsay and Nash.

Probably not to far from the truth.

They meant to do it to "Mort" but flipped the wrong switch..

Even more than all this deflategate BS, any network that restricts their employees enough that they are suspended if/when they criticize the NFL is not one I can follow. I strive to get objective, non-biased news and ESPN fails at that.

ESPN should just turn off all of its devices, cameras, and technology except those pointing directly at a live sporting event.

The NFL should just make it official and buy espn

Which seems more likely - ESPN corruption or IT incompetence.

As a Patriots fan and someone who works in IT that is a tough one.

From my source, he had time to wash his hands, but the drying towels were..ummm..gone. I assume based upon my information that Munson was using them for "clean up".

Too bad he didn't use that as a snafu to just leave that piece of garbage network. Hate that he is associated with them.
