That would be insanely dumb.

It's like being accused of jaywalking despite no actual proof, and some corrupt cop gives you a $4 million fine for it, and you settle to pay $1 million.

It's funny because Florio is a die hard Steelers fan and hates the Patriots. Why would he be biased in favor of Brady playing vs the Steelers in a season where the Steelers are a legit contender in a tough division?
