I don't think he was referring to Deflategate as a whole just that it seems as if we watching Breer play a "where is Waldo" type game with Brady sightings. Speculation, assumptions.

I hope not.

People need to stop overthinking this stuff. Goodell or Brady being there tomorrow has no bearing on how the Judge is going to rule on this case if that is what happens in the end.

Even if the Judge rules FOR Brady, it ONLY concerns the process and doesn't mean Brady is innocent. So what I infer is that the NFL will get nuked by Berman and the NFL if they don't appeal will spin it as a loss on a technality and that they will continue to spin Brady as guilty.

Polian is scum, but now we know what the offical NFL position is from one of their puppets.

I think it's safe to say that either party will almost surely appeal the court's decision. We're a long way off from putting this to rest, in my opinion.

Not sure, John Mara said on Francessa's show yesterday that this is infringing on the season and wants a resolution ASAP. His family have owned the Giants since the beginning, as long as the Rooney's in Pitts. Since the NFL stopped controlling the flow of information the have been getting smoked, not sure they want to continue getting hammered and interfering with their teams being noticed. We shall see very soon I'm guessing.

Also, the two families you mentioned are intermarried. Rooney and Kate Mara are Maras on their dad's side, and Rooneys on their mom's side. I'm far from convinced that either the Rooneys or the Maras want this to be over, regardless of what John Mara said publicly, but if one of them does the other likely does as well.
